Frustrating experience with connectivity and software

I was really hopeful for this camera with all its advertised features like PTZ and waterproofing, but the actual performance is incredibly disappointing. The most significant issue is the constant Wi-Fi disconnection; it drops offline multiple times a day, making it unreliable for consistent security monitoring. Furthermore, the V380 app is quite buggy, often freezing or failing to load the live feed, which defeats the entire purpose of a smart camera. It's just too much hassle for something that should provide peace of mind.
