Capacity way lower than advertised, very slow

I bought this Anker 347 expecting reliable, high-capacity power, but it consistently underperforms. My 20000mAh unit barely manages one full charge for my phone and a partial charge for my tablet, which is nowhere near what I anticipated from this capacity. Furthermore, despite the Power Delivery claims, charging my devices feels incredibly slow, taking much longer than my older, smaller power bank. I'm quite disappointed with this purchase and feel like I wasted my money.
